Konjuget Üretiminde Kullanılmak Üzere Hamster - Tavşan ve Merkeplerden Kuduz İmmun Serumun Elde Edilmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmada farklı üç hayvan türünden kuduz hyperimmun serumunun elde edilmesi ve bu hyperimmun serumlardan konjugat hazırlanması amaç edinilmiştir.
Buna göre merkeplerden MICLD 50, 10 3,855 hamsterlerden MICLD 50, 10 3,548 ve tavşanlardan ise MICLD 50, 10 3,756 titrede hyperimmun serumlar elde edilmiştir. Buna bağlı olarak bu üç ayrı serumdan hazırlanan konjugatların tireleri ise Merkep 1/10 , Tavşan 1/14, Hamster 1/12 olarak saptanmıştır.

Öz

To obtain rabies hyperimmune sera by using hamster, rabbit and donkey to produce conjugate.
In this study our aim was to obtain rabies hyperimmune sera by using three different animal species including donkey, rabbit and hamster and to prepare conjugate from them.
As a result of this study we obtained hyperimmune sera in MICLD 50, 10 3,855 for donkeys, MICLD 50, 10 3,548 for hamsters and MICLD 50, 10 3,756 for rabbits.
The titers of conjugates prepared from these three hyperimmune sera were follows.Donkey 1/10, Rabbit 1/14, Hamster 1/12.
