Anthrax Aşılamalarından Sonra Oluşan Bağışıklık Antikorlarının İndirekt Mikrohemaglutinasyon Metodu ile Tespiti

Öz

Anthrax aşısının bağışıklık kontrolünde eprivasyona alınan hayvanların antikor taşıyıp taşımadıklarını saptamak amacıyla bu çalışma yapıldı.
Toplam olarak 266 koyun kan serumu IMH testi ile yoklandı.
Buna göre 11 serum negatif, 31 serum 1/2, 85 serum 1/4, 82 serum 1/8, 35 serum 1/16, 13 serum 1/32, 9 serum 1/64'e kadar çalıştı.

Öz

Determination of antibodies produced after anthrax vaccination by using indirect microhaemagglutination method.
Our purpose in this study was the fixation whether the sheep challenged had antibodies in the ummunity control of anthrax vaccine.
Totally 266 sheep blood sera were examined by IMG test.
As a result of this study 11 sera were negative, 31 sera of 1/2, 85 sera 1/4, 82 sera of 1/8, 35 sera of 1/16, 13 sera of 1/32, 9 sera of 1/64 dilution worked as pozitif reaction.
