Düşük Kas Tonusu ve Konuşma Bozukluğu Olan 3 Yaşındaki Bir Çocukta Ayres Duyu Bütünleme İçeren Fizyoterapi Programının Etkileri: Tek Vaka Çalışması

Öz

Bu olgu sunumunda, Ayres Duyu Bütünleme ile yapılan bir fizyoterapi programının, düşük kas tonusu ve konuşma bozukluğu olan 3 yaşındaki bir çocuktaki değişikliklerle nasıl ilişkili olduğu açıklanmaktadır. Ayres Duyu Bütünleme Fizyoterapi Programı'nın kas tonusunu, konuşmayı ve kas tonusu ile konuşma arasındaki ilişkiyi nasıl etkilediğini görmek için Ayres Duyu Bütünleme ile 24 haftalık bir fizyoterapi programı başlatılmıştır. Tedaviden önce ve sonra, Gelişim Tarama Testi, konuşma, kas tonusu ve Antigravite Testi değerlendirildi ve kaydedildi. Kas tonusu, konuşma, Gelişim Tarama Testi ve Antigravite Testi sonuçlarının hepsi iyileşmiştir. Düşük kas tonusu ve konuşma güçlüğü çeken çocuklar, Ayres Duyu Bütünleme'yi içeren fizyoterapi programlarından yararlanabilirler. Konuşma terapisine ek olarak, konuşma sorunları olan çocuklar duyu bütünleme terapisi almalıdır.

The Effects of Physiotherapy Program with Ayres Sensory Integration for a 3-Years-Old Child with Low Muscle Tone and Speech Disorder: A Single Case Study

Öz

This case report describes how a physiotherapy program with Ayres Sensory Integration was associated with changes in a 3 years old child with low muscle tone and speech disorders. To see how the Ayres Sensory Integration Physiotherapy Program affects muscle tone, speech, and the relation between muscle tone and speech, a 24-week physiotherapy program with Ayres Sensory Integration was initiated. Before and after the therapy, Development Screening Test, speech, muscle tone, and Antigravity Test were assessed and recorded. Muscle tone, speech, Development Screening Test and Antigravity Test results have all improved. Children with low muscle tone and speech difficulties can benefit from physiotherapy programs involving Ayres Sensory Integration. In addition to speech therapy, children with speech issues should get sensory integration therapy
