Öz

Yirmi yaşında erkek hasta her iki ayak bileklerinde purpurik döküntüler ve krutlar nedeniyle hastaneye başvurdu ve hastaya Henoch – Schönlein Purpurası tanısı kondu. On günlük hiperbarik oksijen tedavisi sonrası hastanın döküntülerinde ve yaralarında belirgin iyileşme gözlendi. ©2008, Fırat Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi

Henoch – Schönlein Purpura and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: A Case Report

Abstract

A twenty years old male patient was presented with purpuric rashes and wounds in bilateral ankles, and he was diagnosed with Henoch – Schönlein Purpura. He received ten sessions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Both rashes and wounds were improved after hyperbaric oxygen therapy. .©2008, Firat University, Medical Faculty.
