This study aims at measuring both attitudes of the managers towards human relations issues and the perceptions of subordinates regarding the managers' attitudes, and elaborating the dijferences between the attitudes of managers and perceptions of subordinates and also as regards the units, certain attitude criteria and the demographic features.The resolutions are derived from answers of the returned papers of the 74 managers and 316 subordinates. The SPSS ll.Ofor Windows Statisti-cal Package Programme was used in the analysis of the data collected through the answers to survey and the reliability analysis, freauency dist-ribution, means, hypothesis tests, independent samples t test, paired samp-les t test, variance analysis and correlation analysis techniaues are utili-zed in interpreting the results.The results reveal that the managers grade themselves "positive " whi-le the subordinates' perceptions varyfrom "indijferent to positive". Whi-le the managers degree themselves "the most positive " in "consistency -imperturbability", "şelf- confidence I reliability" and "just-dealing" criteria; the subordinates evaluate the managers the most positively about "orientation towards a goal". The "Management Style" criterion was the one that the evaluation of the managers and subordinates are the most paralel. Accordingly, the managers are neither authoritarian neither free re-ign in the attitude in general.
