The market is consist of organizations, real and potential individuals who are eager and can afford the products which are in certain categori-es. Markets are devided into two groups as consumers and industrials markets. in this work there is an empirical inventigation on the behaviours of individuals who are in the consumers market. The aim of this work is to inventigate the effects of the customers cut-rate cards with their some spe-cialities on the decision to buy.
