In this article, crisis in public administration and crisis management are being examined. In this way; aspects and dimensions of crisis, crisis management and importance of crisis management for public administration are being pointed out. We have also focused on carrying out of crisis management and public administrators, stages of crisis management such as behavioral, paradigmal and systematic processes along with indications of crisis, being ready for crisis, determination of damages, taking precautions against crisis and using our experience to avoid future crisis.
