The effects of two different feeds on the egg production and egg quality of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

Öz

In this study, there were two groups of fishes which fed as dry feed
and semimoist feed ones. The average body weights of the groups were
310.009.03 g. and 320.507,20 g. respectively.To investigate the effects of
different feed groups (dry and semimoist) on the egg productıon (absolute and
relative fecundity) and egg quality (Fertilazition rate, hatching yield, brooding
yield, the survival rates “in larval stage” and eggs diameter), Rainbow trouts
have been fed adlibitum with dry and semimoist feed for six months before
spawning time. At the end of the study the live weights of the semimoist and
pellet feed groups were 681.2516.63 g. and 577.50 35.67 g. respectively.The
absolute and relative eggs fecundity for the semimoist feed groups were
1954.2575.79 and 2848.5094.026 per kg and for the pellet group were
1521.25 110.61 and 2632.50101.660 per kg respectively. The semimoist feed
groups was found as the best one interms of absolute eggs fecundity.
Fertilization rate of eggs, hatching yield, brooding yield and survival rate of fry
at the end of fry period for wet feed group were calculated 98.98 0.13%,
85.301.65%, 84.291.50%, and 95.481.85% respectively. These values for
dry (pellet) feed group were observed as 97.920.71%, 77.435.43%,
75.245.24%, and 98.520.37% respectively. Egg diameters for semimoist feed
group were found 4.400.04 mm. and in dry (pellet) feed group 4.260.09 mm.
When the brood weights were compared with absolute fecundity (r=0.90) and
egg size (r=0.90), a positive relationship between was seen

Farklı Yemlerin Damızlık Gökkuşağı Alabalığının (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Yumurta Verimi ve Yumurta Kalitesine Etkileri

Öz

Bu araştırmada, yarı yaş yem grubu için balık ağırlığı ortalama
320.507.20 g., pelet yem grubu için ise 310.009.03 g., olan gökkuşağı
damızlıklarına yarı yaş yem (Mezbaha yan ürünleri) ve kuru (pelet) yem altı ay
boyunca doyuncaya kadar yem verilmiş olup, farklı yemlerin yumurta üretimine
(mutlak ve nispi yumurta verimi) ve yumurta kalitesi (Döllenme oranı, çıkış
gücü, kuluçka randımanı, keseli dönemde yaşama gücü ve yumurta çapı) üzerine
etkileri incelenmiştir. Deneme sonunda pelet ve yarı yaş yem verilen gruplardan
sırasıyla 577.5035.67 g. ve 681.2516.63 g. ortalama canlı ağırlıklar elde
edilmiştir. Mutlak yumurta verimliliği ortalama olarak yarı yaş yem grubu için
1954.2575.79 adet ve pelet yem grubu için ise 1521.25110.61 adet yumurta
tespit edilmiş olup elde edilen bulgular arasında istatistiki fark mutlak
verimlilikte önemli bulunmuştur (P
