ACCEPTED APPROACHES OF SPORT MANAGERS IN HUMAN RELATIONS

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the accepted approaches in "human relation in management" by the managers of General Directorate of Youth and Sport which is mainly responsible for presents of sports services. Spor managers who joined this study were gien a questionare. According to the findings of questionare sport managers accepted modern human relation approach in management theoretically. But, they pointed out that there is some differences in application. So, sport organization is affected by the clasic human relation approach.
