The aim of this study is to shed a light on the potential impact of entrepreneurial intentions of white-collar employees on their attitudes towards their organizations. With this in mind, the moderator effect of entrepreneurial intentions on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment has been researched and a survey is conducted on a sample of 163 white collar employees, majority of whom work for big (>250 employees) companies. Survey data is analysed with the help of factor and regression analyses carried out via SPSS. As a result, having entrepreneurial intentions is found to have a significant and negative effect on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, it is concluded that, even if satisfied with their jobs, employees who develop entrepreneurial intentions are not as committed to their organizations as might be expected. The findings stress the importance of managing entrepreneurial intentions in maintaining organizational commitment.
