Glomerulopathies and Malignancies; Short Review

Öz

Acute kidney injury related to ethiologies such as dehydration, drug toxicities, urate nephropathy and many others is a big concern for patients with maligant diseases. Apart from that,  these patients may also develop some renal pathologies which could be defined as glomerular paraneoplastic syndromes associated with malignant diseases. Most common pathologial diagnosis in these secondary glomerulopathies are membranous nephropathy and minimal change disease. On the other hand, immunosupressive medications we used fort he treatment of the primary glomerular diseases might have the way for some malignant diseases in the long run. In this short review we tried to refer to some glomerular diseases associated with malignancies.

Glomerulopatiler ve Maligniteler; Kısa Derleme

Öz

Kanser hastalarında volüm eksikliği, ilaç toksisitesi, ürat nefropatisi gibi birçok etyolojiye bağlı olarak gelişebilen akut renal problemlere sıkça rastlanır. Bunun dışında malign hastalıklar, glomerüler lezyon gelişimi ile komplike olabilmektedirler. Neoplazilere eşlik eden bu glomerüler hastalıklar genellikle immün kompleks ilişkili paraneoplastik sendromlardır. Malignitelere ikincil olarak gelişen bu glomerulonefritlerde klinik resim sıklıkla nefrotik sendrom şeklinde olup, patolojik tanı ise genelde membranöz nefropati (MN) veya minimal değişiklik olmaktadır. Diğer yandan primer glomerüler hastalıkların tedavisinde kullandığımız immünsupresif ilaçlar da uzun dönemde malignite gelişimini kolaylaştırabilmektedir. Bu kısa derlemede malignitelere eşlik edebilen glomerüler hastalıklardan söz edilecektir.
