Post dural puncture headache

Öz

Headache, related to post dural puncture and affect the patient's quality of life, can be several causes. Experience of the anesthesiologist, needle properties, age and sex of the patients can be listed as the most common causes. There are several approaches about the pathophysiology and especially treatment of the post dural puncture headache. In this review, we aimed to summarize the post dural puncture headache.

Öz

Dura ponksiyonuna bağlı görülen ve hastanın yaşam konforunu etkileyen baş ağrısı birçok nedene bağlı olarak görülebilmektedir. Anestezistin deneyimi, kullanılan iğnenin özellikleri, hastanın yaş ve cinsiyeti en yaygın nedenler arasında sayılabilir. Baş ağrısının fizyopatalojisi ve özellikle tedavisi ile ilgili değişik yaklaşımlar vardır. Bu derlemede literatürler ışığında , spinal anestezi sonrası baş ağrısını sunmayı amaçladık.
