The Importance of Vocational High School In Terms Of Vocational Education, Development and Competence

Abstract

The way of having skilled labor that is one of the indispensable elements of efficient and powerful economy is possible a well-planned vocational training. To gain knowledge, skills and habits concerned with the field of a specific profession (art, industry, technology, agriculture, etc.) to person and aim to develop their capabilities in this field from kinds of aspects constitute the basic structure of vocational education and training. Vocational training is a versatile process indirectly by including an individual's personal development and whole society that is composed of individuals. After a good education, a career and then success or failure of “personal development” efforts shaped by the hands of their own are key concepts in improving their quality of life including business lives of individuals and hence the societies.

The purpose of vocational colleges is to train competent and qualified intermediate staff who can be adapt quickly to changing conditions, produce quick and accurate solutions to the problems faced by means of analytical thinking, have enough professional experience in order to take responsibility, communicate well, capable of teamwork, follow the development in expertise area.

This study offers an investigation and solution suggestions on how effective criteria of opening new programmes is with regard to satisfying regional requests and training qualified intermediate stuff introducing the effects of opening new programme criteria to professional development and vocational qualifications.
