Domates güvesi, Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae)'in hayat tablosu

Abstract

The life history of the tomato leaf miner, Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) [Lepidoptera:Gelechiidae)], was studied at 25±1ºC and humidity 65±5% in the laboratory. For this purpose, development and survival of immature stages, adult longevity, fecundity and ovipositon period of T. absoluta were studied. According to the results, it was determined that the width of the head capsule of larvae for first, second, third and fourth were 0.157, 0.293, 0.391 and 0.751 mm respectively. The intrinsic rate of increase (rm), finite population increase (?), net reproductive rate (Ro) and mean generation time (To) of T. absoluta were 0.132323,1.1415,42.01offspring/individual and 28.25 days, respectively. The life expectancy of a newborn egg was 42.60days. This study was carried out in Plant Protection Central Research Institute in 2013.

Domates güvesi’nin hayat tablosu laboratuar koşullarında (25±1ºC, %65±5) ortaya konulmuştur. Bu amaçla, Domates güvesi’nin ergin öncesi dönemleri gelişme süreleri ve ölüm oranları, ergin hayat uzunluğu, fekondite ve ovipzisyon süresi belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, birinci, ikinci, üçüncü ve dördüncü larva dönemi kafa kapsülleri genişliği sırasıyla 0.157, 0.293, 0.391 and 0.751 mm olarak belirlenmiştir. Kalıtsal üreme yeteneği, rm=0.132323, üreme gücü sınırı, ?=1.1415, net üreme gücü, ro=042.01, ortalama döl süresinin, To=28.25 gün olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Yeni konulan yumurtaların hayat uzunluğu 42.60 gün olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma 2013 yılında Zirai Mücadele Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü’nde yapılmıştır.
