Öz

In this study, effect of the storage periods (15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, 135, 150 days) on the physico-mechanical and some quality properties of the sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.), seeds (Sanbro hybrid variety), one of the most important raw materials in the vegetable oil industry, have been analyzed.
