A Theoretical and Systematic Review on Organizational Deviance Behaviors in Aviation

Öz

This review aims to evaluate organizational deviance and its associated factors within the context of the aviation industry, clarify the position of this phenomenon in the sector, and provide a roadmap for potential future interventions. Organizational deviance is defined in the literature as intentional behavior directed against organizational norms and values that are collectively adopted by employees. Given the high-risk and safety-critical nature of aviation, understanding and managing such behaviors is particularly vital in this sector. Within this scope, a total of ten articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed and the findings were categorized under three main themes: psychological concepts, safety and risk, and employee-focused studies.

Havacılıkta Örgütsel Sapma Üzerine Bir Derleme Çalışması

Öz

Bu derleme, havacılık sektörü bağlamında örgütsel sapma ile ilişkili faktörleri değerlendirmeyi, bu olgunun sektördeki konumunu açıklığa kavuşturmayı ve gelecekteki müdahaleler için bir yol haritası sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Örgütsel sapma alanyazında, çalışanlar tarafından kolektif biçimde benimsenen örgütsel norm ve değerlere karşı yöneltilmiş kasıtlı davranışlar olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Havacılık sektörünün yüksek riskli ve emniyet öncelikli yapısı göz önünde bulundurulduğunda bu davranışları anlamak ve yönetmek hayati önem taşımaktadır. Bu kapsamda, dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan toplam on makale incelenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular; psikolojik kavramlar, emniyet ve risk ile çalışan odaklı yaklaşımlar olmak üzere üç temel tema altında kategorize edilmiştir.
