Tc-99m ile İşaretli Whey Proteinin Deney Hayvanlarındaki Biyodağılımı

Öz

Bu çalışmanın esas amacı Whey proteinin nükleer tıpta bir görüntüleme ajanı olarak kullanılıp kullanılamayacağını tespit etmektir. Bunun için; Whey proteini kalay klorür indirgenme metodu kullanılarak Tc-99m ile işaretlenmiştir. Radyokromatografi çalışmalarında kağıt elektroforezi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Uygun hareketli faz olarak SF (serum fizyolojik) kullanılmıştır. Aynı zamanda Tc-99m ile işaretli Whey protein’in bağlanma verimi yaklaşık %95 olarak bulunmuştur. Daha sonra, sırasıyla lipofilite ve stabilite çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Son olarak Albino Wistar sıçanlarda görüntüleme ve biyodağılım çalışmaları yapılmıştır.
Sonuç olarak, bütün elde edilen sonuçlar Tc-99m ile işaretli Whey protein’in gelecekte meme, yumurtalık ve pankreas kanserlerinin teşhisinde kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.
