Kemik Tümörü Tanılı Hastalarda Hemşirelik: Bibliyometrik Çalışma

Öz

Bu çalışmada, kemik tümörü ve hemşirelik ilgili yayınların bibliyometrik analizinin yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Kemik tümörü ve hemşirelik bakımı ilişkisi konusunda “Web of Science Core Collection” veri tabanında yayınlanan araştırmalar bibliyometrik açıdan incelenmiştir. Araştırma, “kemik tümörleri”, “hemşirelik” ve “hemşirelik bakımı” ile ilgili 2004-2024 yılları arasında yayımlanan yayınları içermektedir. Araştırmanın verileri, 10-15 Temmuz 2024 tarihleri arasında Web of Science veri tabanı kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Anahtar kelime olarak “Bone tumors”, “Nursing“, “ Nursing care” kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda 105 yayının VOSviewer programı aracılığı ile içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, Web of Science kategorisinde “Bone tumors”, “Nursing“, “ Nursing care” kelimeleri ile yapılan taramada 105 çalışmanın yer aldığı, yayınlara 558 yazarın katkıda bulunduğu, yazarların kaynakları incelendiğinde her birinin konu ile ilgili en fazla iki yayını olduğu görülmüştür. Kemik tümörü, hemşirelik ve hemşirelik bakımıyla ilgili Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (n=41) ve Çin (n=12)’de yayınların daha fazla olduğu, 2017 yılında (n=11) yayın sayısının ivme kazandığı, 2017-2021 yılları arasında yayın sayısında artma olduğu; en fazla yayının 2022 yılında (n=12) yapıldığı görülmüştür. En sık kullanılan ve en fazla bağlantı bulunan anahtar kelimenin “kemik metastazı” olduğu sonuçları elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak kemik tümörü ve hemşirelik bakımı hakkında yapılan çalışmaların az olduğu, hemşirelik çalışmalarının sınırlı olduğu ve konu ile ilgili daha fazla çalışmanın yapılması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Nursing in Patients Diagnosed with Bone Tumors: A Bibliometric Study

Öz

This study aimed to conduct a bibliometric analysis of publications related to bone tumor and nursing. Research published in the "Web of Science Core Collection" database on the relationship between bone tumor and nursing care was examined from a bibliometric perspective. The research includes publications published between 2004 and 2024 on "bone tumors", "nursing" and "nursing care". The data of the research was collected using the Web of Science database between 10-15 July 2024. “Bone tumors”, “Nursing”, “Nursing care” were used as keywords. In this context, content analysis of 105 publications was conducted through the VOSviewer program. Within the scope of the study, in the search made with the words "Bone tumors", "Nursing", "Nursing care" in the Web of Science category, 105 studies were included, 558 authors contributed to the publications, and when the sources of the authors were examined, it was seen that each of them had at most two publications on the subject. There are more publications related to bone tumor, nursing and nursing care in the United States (n=41) and China (n=12), the number of publications accelerated in 2017 (n=11), and the number of publications will increase between 2017 and 2021. İs; It was observed that the most publications were made in 2022 (n = 12). It was found that the most frequently used and most linked keyword was "bone metastasis". As a result, it was concluded that there are few studies on bone tumor and nursing care, nursing studies are limited and more studies on the subject need to be done.
