SEO Bağlamında Arama Motoru Sonuçlarında Öne Çıkan Kesitler (Featured Snippets) Üzerine Bir İnceleme: Organik Trafik ya da Marka Bilinirliği

Öz

Bu çalışma, Google arama motorunda bilgi verme amaçlı olarak kullanılan öne çıkan kesitler (featured snippets) üzerine yapılmış akademik ve endüstri araştırmalarını inceleyerek bu alandaki mevcut durumu değerlendiren bir derleme çalışmasıdır. Yapılan incelemeler, öne çıkan kesitlerin kullanıcı deneyimini, arama motoru sonuçları üzerindeki etkilerini ve çeşitli kullanıcı gruplarının bu sonuçlara karşı verdiği tepkileri ele almaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda iki temel araştırma sorusunun incelemeye muhtaç olduğu belirlenmiştir. İlk olarak, öne çıkan kesitler nedeniyle web sitelerinin yaşadığı trafik kaybının kantitatif olarak ölçülmesi ve bu kayba karşılık iddia edilen marka bilinirliği artışının gerçekliğinin incelenmesi gerekmektedir. İkinci olarak, yapay zeka tarafından sunulan cevapların, öne çıkan kesitlerle karşılaştırılarak kullanıcı deneyimi açısından inandırıcılık ve doğruluk kriterleri bakımından değerlendirilmesi önerilmektedir. Bu öneriler, literatürdeki boşlukların doldurulmasına ve konuya dair daha kapsamlı araştırmalar yapılmasına katkı sağlayacaktır.
