Kadınlarda Adet Düzensizliğinin Fiziksel Aktivite Düzeyi, Yorgunluk, Yaşam Kalitesi, Duygu Durumu ve Uyku Kalitesi Üzerine Etkilerinin İncelenmesi

Yıl 2019, Cilt: 6 Sayı: 3, 215 - 231, 30.12.2019

Öz

Amaç: Sağlıklı genç
yetişkin kadınlarda adet düzensizlikleri ile fiziksel aktivite seviyesi, uyku
düzeni, yorgunluk, depresyon ve yaşam kalitesi arasındaki ilişkiyi
incelemektir.

Activity scale, mood Beck Depression Scale and quality of life Nottingham
Health Profile. Women with menstrual irregularity were identified and compared
their results with other women of the same age. Results: It was determined that physical fatigue and depressive symptoms increased
and sleep quality, average sleep duration and quality of life decreased in
women with menstrual irregularity. Conclusion: In our study, it was found that menstrual
