U16 Yaş Kategorisi Kadın Basketbolcularda Uygulan Klasik Kuvvet Antrenmanlarının Performans Üzerine Etkisi

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı; 16 yaş grubu kadın basketbolcularda sezon içerisinde uygulanan sekiz haftalık klasik kuvvet antrenmanlarının performans üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Yaş ortalamaları deney grubu (basketbol+klasik kuvvet ant.) (n=15) 16± 0,4 yıl yıl; kontrol grubu (basketbol ant.) (n=16) 15,8 ± 0,34 yıl’ dır. Sekiz haftalık süreçte ilk ve son haftalarda T test (çeviklik), 20 m sürat, Cooper, Tek Bacakla 3 Kez İleriye Sıçrama Mesafe, Bench Press, İnverted Row, Leg Press ve Shoulder Press 1 maksimum tekrar değerleri tespit edilmiştir. Kontrol ve deney grubu mikro döngüde basketbol branşına özgü teknik taktik antrenman yaparken deney grubu ayrıca klasik kuvvet programı uygulatılmıştır. Veriler Karışık Ölçümlerde ANOVA ile değerlendirilmiştir. Grupların kendi içinde ön-son test değerleri karşılaştırıldığında 20 m sürat, Cooper, Tek Bacakla 3 Kez İleriye Sıçrama Mesafe, Bench Press, İnverted Row, Leg Press ve Shoulder Press 1 maksimum tekrar değerleri her iki grup lehine istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark görülürken deney grubu değerlerinde daha fazla değişim bulunmaktadır (p<.05). Sonuç olarak; klasik kuvvet Etki alanı açısından incelendiğinde 20 metre sprint, Cooper testi, Bench Press, Leg Press, Shoulder Press, Tek Bacak Üç Adım Sıçrama sağ değerlerine küçük etki sağlarken; İnverted Row ve Tek Bacak Üç Adım Sıçrama sol değerlerine orta derecede etkilediği görülmektedir.
