ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİNDE ÖZ-YETERLİĞİN YORDAYICISI OLARAK BİLİŞSEL ESNEKLİK, DUYGU DÜZENLEME BECERİLERİ VE PSİKOLOJİK SAĞLAMLIK

Öz

Bu araştırmada, bilişsel esneklik, duygu düzenleme becerileri ve psikolojik sağlamlık değişkenlerinin üniversite öğrencilerinin öz-yeterlik düzeylerini ne kadar yordadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma grubu, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında Erzincan Binali Yıldırım Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Fen-Edebiyat Fakültelerinde öğrenim gören 223 (%42.5) erkek, 302 (%57.5) kız olmak üzere toplam 525 öğrenciden oluşmuştur. Veri toplama araçları olarak Genel Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği, Bilişsel Esneklik Envanteri, Duygu Düzenleme Becerileri Ölçeği, Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri çoklu doğrusal regresyon analiz (adımsal) yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; bilişsel esneklik, duygu düzenleme becerileri ve psikolojik sağlamlık değişkenlerinin öz-yeterliği anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı belirlenmiştir.
