GEBELERİN İNTERNET KULLANIMI VE ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLERİN BELİRLENMESİ: ANALİTİK VE KESİTSEL BİR ÇALIŞMA

Öz

Amaç: Bu araştırmada gebelikte internet kullanımı ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Yöntemler: Analitik ve kesitsel olan bu çalışma, Ocak-Haziran 2021 tarihleri ​​arasında bir üniversite hastanesinin kadın doğum polikliniğine başvuran, en az 28 haftalık gebe olan 403 gebe ile gerçekleştirildi. Veriler anket yoluyla toplandı ve kullanılarak analiz edildi. tanımlayıcı istatistikler, ki-kare testi ve post hoc analiz. Bulgular: Gebelerin %43,3'ünün interneti sürekli, hızlı ve kolay erişim nedeniyle kullandığı; %78,9'u her gün internette bilgi arıyor; İnternette en sık aranan konuların sırasıyla sağlıklı yaşam tarzı geliştirme (%28,3) ve fetal gelişim olduğu görüldü. (%24,0); hamilelik döneminde interneti hamilelik öncesine göre daha fazla kullananların oranı %65,0; %54,6'sı genellikle internette buldukları bilgilere güveniyordu. 27 yaş ve altı, önlisans ve üzeri eğitime sahip, geliri giderinden fazla olan, çalışan, primigravida olan, gebelik haftası 33 ve altında olan, doğum öncesi sağlık hizmeti almış olan gebeler bakım hizmeti alan ve hamileliğini planlayanların interneti daha fazla kullandıkları (p<0,05) ve internette ulaştıkları bilgiye güvendikleri (p<0,05) belirlendi. Sonuç: Bu çalışma, gebelerin internet kullanımının gebelik öncesine göre arttığını ve gebelerin internet kullanımında sosyodemografik ve obstetrik değişkenlerin etkili olduğunu ortaya koyması açısından önemlidir.

DETERMINATION OF INTERNET USING OF PREGNANT WOMEN AND AFFECTING FACTORS: AN ANALYTICAL AND CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY

Öz

Objective: This research aimed to determine internet use during pregnancy and the affecting factors. Methods: This analytical and cross-sectional study was carried out with 403 pregnant women who were at least 28 weeks pregnant and applied to the obstetrics outpatient clinic of a university hospital between January and June 2021. The data was collected through survey and was analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and post hoc analysis. Results: It was determined that 43.3% of pregnant women used the internet due to the continuous, fast, and easy access; 78.9% of them searched for information on the internet every day; the most often searched topics on the internet were developing a healthy lifestyle (28.3%) and fetal development, respectively. (24.0%); the rate of those who used the internet more during pregnancy compared to the pre-pregnancy period was 65.0%; 54.6% usually trusted the information they found on the internet. Pregnant women who were aged 27 or below, who had an associate degree or a higher degree, had an income more than their expenses, who were employed, who were primigravida, who were in the gestational week of 33 or below, who received prenatal health care services, and who planned their pregnancy used the internet more (p<0.05) and trusted the information they accessed on the internet (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study is important since it revealed that internet use by pregnant women increased compared to the pre-pregnancy period and that sociodemographic and obstetric variables were effective in internet use among pregnant women.
