Sedanter Genç Kadınlarda Sağlıklı Yaşam için Planlanan Egzersiz Programının Bazı Fiziksel ve Fizyolojik Parametreler Üzerindeki Etkisi

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı sağlık üzerine planlanan egzersiz programlarının genç sedanter kadınların fiziksel ve fizyolojik parametreleri üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Bu araştırmanın yöntemi tek gruplu ön-test-son-test modeldir. Rastgele belirlenen yaş ortalamaları 23 olan 14 gönüllü genç kadın araştırmaya katılmıştır. Katılımcılara 8 hafta boyunca belirlenen başlangıç düzeyi egzersiz programı haftada 3 gün uygulanmıştır. Egzersiz programı; 30 dakika yürüyüş&jogging, 3x15 crunch hareketi, 3x15 twist hareketi, 3x15 hyperextension hareketi ve 30 saniye plank hareketlerini içermektedir. Bu egzersiz programı gün aşırı olacak şekilde haftada 3 gün yapılmıştır. Katılımcılardan alınan verilerin istatistiksel analizleri SPSS 29.0 paket programında yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu araştırmanın bulguları genç sedanter kadınların ön test- son test karşılaştırmasına göre araştırmaya katılan kadınların maksimum crunch, maksimum plank ön test ve son test sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında p=,000 düzeyinde anlamlı sonuç görülmüştür (p<0,001). Araştırmaya katılan kadınların korelasyon analiz sonucu elde edilen sonuçlara göre; vücut ağırlığı ön test ve vücut ağırlığı son test arasında pozitif yönlü (,993) ve anlamlı (p<,001) bir ilişki vardır. Kalp atım hızı ön test ve kalp atım hızı son test arasında pozitif yönlü (,560) ve anlamlı (p<0,05) bir ilişki vardır. Crunch son test ve kalp atım hızı son test arasında pozitif yönlü (,654) ve anlamlı (p<0,05) bir ilişki vardır. Crunch son test ve crunch ilk test arasında pozitif yönlü (,765) ve anlamlı (p<0,01) bir ilişki vardır. Maksimum plank ilk test ve vücut ağırlığı ilk test arasında pozitif yönlü (,631) ve anlamlı (p<0,05) bir ilişki vardır. Maksimum plank ilk test ve vücut ağırlığı son test arasında pozitif yönlü (,656) ve anlamlı (p<0,05) bir ilişki vardır. Maksimum plank son test ve maksimum plank ilk test arasında pozitif yönlü (,732) ve anlamlı (p<0,01) bir ilişki vardır. Bu araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre planlanan egzersiz programın sedanter genç kadınlar üzerinde olumlu etkilerinin olduğu görülmüştür.

The Effect of Exercise Program Planned for Healthy Living on Some Physical and Physiological Parameters in Sedentary Young Women

Öz

The aim of this study was to examine the effects of health-oriented exercise programs on the physical and physiological parameters of young sedentary women. The method of this research is a single-group pre-test-post-test model. 14 randomly selected young women with an average age of 23 volunteers was participated in the study. Participants were given a baseline exercise program 3 days a week for 8 weeks. The exercise program was included 30 minutes of walking and jogging, 3x15 crunches, 3x15 twists, 3x15 hyperextensions and 30 seconds of planks. This exercise program was performed 3 days a week, every other day. Statistical analyses of the data obtained from the participants were performed using the SPSS 29.0 package program. The findings of this study, according to the pre-test-post-test comparison of young sedentary women, showed a significant result at the p=.000 level when the maximum crunch, maximum plank pre-test and post-test results of the women participating in the study were compared (p<0,001). According to the results obtained from the correlation analysis of the women participating in the study, there is a positive (.993) and significant (p<.001) relationship between body weight pre-test and body weight post-test. There is a positive (.560) and significant (p<0.05) relationship between heart rate pre-test and heart rate pre-test. There is a positive (.654) and significant (p<0.05) relationship between crunch post-test and heart rate post-test. There is a positive (.765) and significant (p<0.01) relationship between crunch post-test and crunch pre-test. There is a positive (.631) and significant (p<0.05) relationship between maximum plank pre-test and body weight pre-test. There is a positive (.656) and significant (p<0.05) relationship between maximum plank pre-test and body weight post-test. There is a positive (.732) and significant (p<0.01) relationship between maximum plank post-test and maximum plank pre-test. According to the results of this study, it was observed that the planned exercise program had positive effects on sedentary young women.
