BRONŞİYAL SLEEVE REZEKSİYON OLGULARIMIZ

Öz

Bronşiyal sleeve rezeksiyon, santral tümörlerde pnömonektominin alternatifi olarak akciğer parankimini koruyucu bir işlemdir. İzmir Dr. Suat Seren Göğüs Hastalıkları ve Cerrahisi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, 1. Göğüs Cerrahisi Kliniği'nde üçü karsinoid tümör, biri bronş karsinomu nedeni ile iki sleeve lobektomi, bir sleeve segmentektomi ile bir sol ana bronş izole sleeve rezeksiyonu yapılan olgularımızı, geniş bir spektrum içermesi ve sleeve rezeksiyonun önemini belirtmek amacı ile sunuyoruz.

THE CASES OF BRONCHIAL SLEEVE RESECTION

Öz

Bronchial sleeve resection is a lung saving procedure indicated for central tumors for which alternative is a pneumonectomy. It was performed two sleeve lobectomy, one sleve segmentectomy and a left main bronchial sleeve resection for three karsinoid tumor and one bronchial carcinoma at the 1st Chest Surgery Clinic, İzmir Chest Diseases and Surgery Education and Research Hospital. Our cases are presented because of theirs spectrum was large and we aim to explain the importance of sleeve recestion.
