Öz

Bu çalışmada tanısı bronkoskopik biopsi ile konmuş akciğer kanseri olgularında endobronşiyal görünüm ile histopatolojik subtip arasındaki ilişki araştırıldı. Çalışmaya 273 olgu alındı. Çalışmada skuamöz hücreli karsinom olgularının %78.1'de, küçük hücreli akciğer karsinomu olgularının %67.2'de direk tümör bulguları saptanırken adenokarsinom olgularının %57.8'de indirek tümör bulguları saptandı. Bulgular istatistiksel olarak anlamlıydı .

Öz

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship of endobronchial appearence with histopathological sub-type in subjects with lung cancer diagnosed by bronchoscopic biopsy. Two hundred seventy three subjects with lung cancer were included in the present study. Direct tumoral findings were found in 78.1% of subjects with squamous cell lung cancer. Subjects with small cell lung cancer had direct tumoral findings at a rate of 67.2%. Indirect tumoral findings were found in 57.8% of subjects with adenocarcinoma.
