TRAKEOBRONKOPATİ OSTEOKONDROPLASTİKA: OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Trakeobronkopati osteokondroplastika (TO), etyolojisi bilinmeyen nadir bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda, kronik öksürük yakınması ile başvuran 54 yaşında kadın olgu incelendi. Olguya yapılan fiberoptik bronkoskopide (FOB) trakea ve ana bronşların duvarlarında çok sayıda beyaz renkte, sert, düzensiz nodüler lezyonlar saptandı. Bronkoskopik biyopsi patolojisi TO olarak rapor edildi. Nadir görülen bir hastalık olması ve öksürük etyolojisini araştırırken FOB'un önemini vurgulamak amacıyla olguyu sunduk.

TRACHEOBRONCHOPATHIA OSTEOCHONDROPLASTICA: CASE REPORT

Abstract

Tracheabronchopathia osteochondroplastica (TO) is a rare disorder with unknown aetiology. In this paper, 54 years old female patient who applied with the complaint of chronic cough investigated. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy revealed numerous white, hard, irregular nodules on the walls of trachea and main bronchi. Pathological diagnosis of bronchoscopic biopsy was TO. We presented the case because TO is a rare disorder and FOB is important in evaluating the aetiology of chronic cough.
