GASTRİK SEMPTOMLARI ÖN PLANDA OLAN GASTRO-PULMONER SARKOİDOZ OLGUSU

Öz

Gastrik semptomlar ile hastane başvurusu olan 64 yaşındaki bayan hastanın yapılan sistemik taramasında pulmoner sarkoidozu da tespit edilmiş olup oral steroid tedavisine iyi cevap alınmıştır. Gastrik sarkoidoz literatürde oldukça nadir olarak görülmektedir (%0.1). Kesin tanısı endoskopik biyopsi yapılarak granulamatöz inflamasyonun gösterilmesi ile konmaktadır. Gastrik sarkoidoz olguların birçoğu asemptomatik olarak seyretmektedir. Otopsi bulgularında tesadüfen tespit edilen olgular oldukça fazladır. Pulmoner sarkoidoz olgularında görülen gastrik şikayetlerin çoğu kez semptomatik ilaçlar ile tedavi edildiği, bu nedenle de gerçek anlamda tespit edilen gastrik sarkoidoz sayısının az olduğu tahmin edilebilir. Semptomatik gastrik sarkoidoz olgularının az olması ve prezentasyon şeklinin farklılığıyla birlikte pulmoner sarkoidoz birlikteliğinin gösterilmesinin anlamlı olduğunu değerlendirerek olgumuzu sunduk.

A CASE OF GASTRO-PULMONARY SARCOIDOSIS IN THE FOREGROUND WITH SYMPTOMS OF GASTRIC

Abstract

The 64-year-old female patient with gastric symptoms and hospital admission in the systematic screening of pulmonary sarcoidosis has been good response to treatment with oral steroids were detected. Gastric sarcoidosis is rare in the literature (0.1%). The definitive diagnosis of granulomatous inflammation with a demonstration of endoscopic biopsy are being made. Many of the patients remained asymptomatic gastric sarcoidosis. Autopsy findings of cases found by chance is very high. Seen in patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis treated with gastric complaints were often symptomatic medications, so they truly can be estimated to be less than the number of identified gastric sarcoidosis. Due to the small number of cases of symptomatic gastric sarcoidosis in our case we wanted to offer this form.
