NADİR BİR AKCİĞER TÜMÖRÜ: SKLEROZAN HEMANJİOM

Öz

Genellikle preoperatif olarak malign veya benign ayrımı net yapılamayan ve genellikle rastlantısal olarak saptanan akciğerin sklerozan hemanjiomu; kadınlarda ve 30 ile 50 yaşlar arasında daha sık görülen ve soliter pulmoner nodül şeklinde ortaya çıkan, sıklıkla benign nitelikli nadir bir tümördür. Altmış yaşında kadın hasta öksürük, bulantı, kusma şikayetleri ile hastanemize başvurdu. Hastanın çekilen toraks bilgisayarlı tomografisinde (TBT) sol akciğer orta zonda 3 cm.'lik kitle lezyonu saptandı. Yapılan bronkoskopide sol üst lob anterior segmentte dıştan bası bulguları izlendi. Lezyon sol üst lobektomi ile çıkartıldı. Histopatolojik inceleme sonucu sklerozan hemanjiom olarak rapor edildi. Hasta takibinin ikinci yılında olup, sorun veya nüks izlenmedi.

A RARE LUNG TUMOR: SCLEROSING HEMANGIOMA OF THE LUNG

Abstract

Clinically, there was no dicrimination preoperatively between malign and benign tumors. İn literature; lung sclerozan hemangioma determined incidentally in women at 30-50 years old , in the form of a solitary pulmonary nodule. It is rare and usually a benign tumor. A 60 years old female patient applied with cough, sickness and vomitting. There was a 3 cm. mass in the left middle zone on Thoracal CT. External occlusion findings seen on anterior segment bronchus of upper lobe in bronchoscopy. Bronchoscopic biopsy results were benign. Left upper lobectomy was performed. Histopathologically it was reported as sclerosing hemangioma. The patient is on the second year of the follow up and there was no problem or recurrence.
