Öz

Lenfoepitelyoma-benzeri karsinoma (LEBK) genellikle nasofaringeal bölgenin primer tümörüdür. Akciğerin primer LEBK'sı nadirdir. Akciğer grafisinde soliter pulmoner nodül saptanan 41 yaşındaki bayan olguda yapılan incelemeler sonucu primer akciğer malignitesi ön tanısı ile küratif cerrahi rezeksiyon uygulandı. Lezyonun histopatolojik tanısı LELBK olarak rapor edildi. EBV-EA ve EBV VCA IgG pozitif idi. Primer akciğer LEBK nedeni ile sol üst lobektomi uyguladığımız olgu literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunulmuştur.

PRIMARY LYMPHOEPITHELIOMA-LIKE CARCINOMA OF THE LUNG

Öz

Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC), best known to occur in the nasopharynx. Primary LELC of the lung is very rare. Curative surgical resection was performed in a 41-year-old woman with prediagnosis of primary lung malignancy who had been referred with solitary pulmonary nodule. The histopathological diagnosis was lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the lung. Immunohistochemical analysis was positive for Epstein-Barr virus (EBV-EA and EBV VCA IgG was positive). We presented the case with the literature data who had gone left upper lobectomy for primary lung LELC.
