ERİŞKİNDE NADİR GÖRÜLEN BİR ANTİTE: KONJENİTAL KİSTİK ADENOMATOİD MALFORMASYON

Öz

Konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyon (KKAM), hamartomatöz veya displastik akciğer dokusunun, normal akciğer dokusu ile karıştığı ve genellikle tek lob lokalizasyonu gösteren konjenital pulmoner anomalilerden biridir. Yenidoğan ve infantlarda daha sık izlenmesine karşın, erişkin yaşta daha nadir rastlanır. Tedavide etkilenen kısmın cerrahi olarak çıkarılması, tercihen lobektomi yapılması önerilmektedir. On yedi yaşında sol akciğer üst lobda kistik lezyonu bulunan kadın olgu, hemoptizi, daha önce sol akciğer alt lobda kistik lezyon olduğu bilinen yirmi dört yaşında erkek olgu ise nefes darlığı şikayeti ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Lobektomi ile opere edilen her iki olgu da postoperatif dönemde histopatolojik olarak konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyon tip 1 tanısı aldı. Nadir görülmesi nedeniyle iki olgu ilgili literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur.

A RARELY SEEN ENTITY IN ADULTS: CONGENITAL CYSTIC ADENOMATOID MALFORMATION

Abstract

Congenital cyctic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) is one of the congenital pulmonary anomalies generally localized in one lobe. Normal lung tissue is infered with hamartomatoeus or displastic lung tissue. Despite the fact that it is mostly seen in newborn and infants; coincided rarely in adults. Surgical resection of the affected part, preferably lobectomy, is offered. Seventeen years old woman with cystic lesion in left lung superior lobe complaining of hemoptysis, twentyfour year old male known to have cyctic lesion in left lung inferior lobe with dyspnea, referred to our clinic. Both cases were undergone lobectomy, diagnosed as congenital cyctic adenomatoid malformation type 1 histopathologically in post operative period. Two cases are presented with literature because it is rarely seen.
