Bu çalışmada karşı cinse dokunmanın abdesti bozup bozmayacağı meselesi ele alınmıştır. Önce mezheplerin mesele ile ilgili görüşleri verilmiş, akabinde her mezhebin dayandığı deliller serdedilmiştir. Bu kısımda mezheplerin ayette geçen dokunma (mülâmese) lafzını nasıl anladıkları üzerinde durulmuş, mezheplerin hangi hadisleri ve sahabe görüşlerini kendilerine delil yaptıkları mukayeseli bir şekilde işlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, kadına dokunmanın abdesti bozmayacağı ile ilgili rivayetlerin sıhhati üzerinde özellikle durulmuş, hadis münekkitlerinin değerlendirmeleri verilmiştir. Değerlendirme kısmında ilgili rivayetlerin sıhhati ve mezheplerin görüşleri hakkındaki düşünce ve tahlillerimize yer verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise meselenin şer’î hükmü hakkında bizde oluşan fıkhî kanaatlerimiz serdedilmeye çalışılmıştır

The Effect of Touching the Opposite Gender on Oblution within the Context of Fiqh

In this study, it is discussed the issue that touching the opposite gender is against the ablution. First, the sects were given views on the issue, and then the evidence on which every sect was based was revealed. In this section, it was emphasized how the sects understood the tangible sentence and tried to be processed in a comparative way as to which hadiths and hadiths the sects made evidence for themselves. In the study, especially the emphasis on the truth of the narrations about touching the woman not to disturb the ablution was given and the evaluations of the hadith verbs were given. In the appraisal section, we have our thoughts and testimonies about the truths of the narrations and views of the sects. In the conclusion section, we have tried to prevent our legal opinions about our verdicts
