Göç Yazınındaki Düzenli ve Düzensiz Göç Kavramları: İnsan Hakları Temelinde Bir Kavramsal Sorgulama

Öz

İnsan hareketliliğinin hangi kavramlarla ve sınıflandırmalarla temsil edildiği ve nasıl açıklandığı tarihsel olarak değişen politik bir olgudur. Bu çalışmada, güncel göç söylemine temel teşkil eden düzenli/düzensiz göç ayrımı, transit kavramlarını eleştirel bir göz ile irdelemek ve yapı söküme uğratmak amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma insan hareketliliğinin kendisinin ve ona dair olan anlayışın ne kadar politik olduğunu ifşa ederek, tartışmalara insan hakları temelinde normatif bir boyut kazandırma çabalarına katkı vermeyi amaçlamaktadır

The Concepts of Regular and Irregular Migration: A Conceptual Inquiry Based on Human Rights

Öz

The concepts and classifications for human mobility are political phenomena that change in the course of history. The aim of the study is to critically examine and deconstruct the concepts of regular/irregular migration and transit migration as fundamental concepts of the modern discourse on migration. It also aims to unveil the political character of human mobility, and thus, to contribute to the existing efforts for bringing in a normative dimension in the debates on migration based on human rights
