Abstract

A case of myxoma has been reported as the source of tricuspid valve stenosis was detected with threedimensional echocardiography. Therefore, it is important for clinicians to detect the myxoma early via echocardiography to prevent complications, such as syncope, sudden death, and thromboembolic events. Üç Boyutlu Ekokardiyografide Triküspit Kapak Stenozu ile Başvuran Sağ Atriyal Mixoma

Öz

Özet Üç boyutlu ekokardiyografide triküspit kapak stenozu nedeni olan bir mixoma vakası raporlandı. Bayılma, tromboemboli ve ani ölüm gibi komplikasyonların önlenebilmesi için ekokardiyografi aracılığı ile mixomaların erken teşhisi klinisyenler açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu vakada, nefes darlığına neden olan sağ atriyal mixoma sunuldu.
