Dr. Keskinova Angelka was born on August 6, 1984. in Prilep, Republic of North Macedonia.
She graduated in 2008, obtained a master’s degree in 2012 and a doctorate in 2014 at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. After defending her doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Specific learning problems in people with disabilities” she obtained a scientific degree – Doctor of Special Education and Rehabilitation Sciences.
Since 2007 to 2010 she was hired as a junior assistant at the Institute of Special Education and Rehabilitation. For a period of 7 years, from 2010 to 2017, she worked as a special educator and rehabilitator, as well as coordinator of the Day Care Center for Persons with Mental or Physical Disabilities, which operates under the leadership of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
From 2015 to 2018 she worked as a lecturer in various subjects at the Institute for Special Education and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Pedagogy, University of Tetovo.
Since December 2018 she has been employed at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje at the Institute for Family Studies, as an assistant professor in the fields of: Education, Special Education and Rehabilitation (Family and Disability, Special Education and Families, Family and Developmental Disabilities).

Yaklaşık 20 yıldır engellilerde spor alanında çalışmalar yapmaktadır. Engellilerde spor ile ilgili hem katılımcı hem de davetli konuşmacı olarak birçok eğitimlere katıldı. Bu eğitimler; engelli bireylerin duyu gelişimine yönelik kurslar (Sherborne Gelişimsel Hareket Eğitimi 1-2) ve engellilerde beden eğitimi ve spor, engellilerde motor gelişim seminerleri vb. Ayrıca, görme engelliler için goalball, bedensel engelliler için oturarak voleybol vb. antrenörlük kurslarından da sertifikalara sahiptir. Özellikle özel sporcular (sporda dikkat gelişimi, dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite bozukluğu, otizm spektrum bozukluğu, down sendromu, mental retardasyon) alanlarında çok sayıda ulusal/uluslararası kitaplarda kitap bölümleri, makaleleri, bildirileri, dergi hakemlikleri kitap editörlükleri ve TÜBİTAK bünyesinde panelislik ve dış danışmanlıkları bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca, engelliler alanında birçok projede eğitmen olarak görev aldı. Bunlardan bazıları; 2009 yılında Leonardo da vinci Transfer of Inovation kapsamında 5 ülkenin (Portekiz, İspanya, Türkiye, Finlandiya, Bulgaristan) dahil olduğu “2008-1-PT1-LEO05-004020 nolu “Sports for Disabled-Enable to Participate (Engelliler için Spor Assistanlığı)” başlıklı AB projesi ve 2020-2022 yıllarında 2 kez TÜBİTAK 2237-A kapsamında “Otizm Spektrum Bozukluğu ve Motor Beceri" başlıklı projedir. Son yıllarda uzmanlık alanı olarak seçtiği “Dikkat Eksikliği ve Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu olan Bireylerde Fiziksel Aktivitenin Önemi” konusu üzerine yoğun çalışmalar yapmaktadır. Engellilerde spor dersi kapsamında yaklaşık 15-20 ye yakın proje yürütmüştür. Halen 10 doktora ve 3 yüksek lisans öğrencisi mevcuttur.
