TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNATION WITH VIDEO PROCESSING TECHNIQUE

Öz

In this study, traffic signs are aimed to be recognized and identified from a video image which is taken through a video camera. To accomplish our aim, a traffic sign recognition program has been developed in MATLAB/Simulink environment. The target traffic sign are recognized in the video image with the developed program
