Kavramsal boyutlarıyla sanal kaytarma

Öz

Recently we refer the call the period we live as information age because of economical, social and political changes and accessing the information has become more important with respect to past period.  Development in information and communication technologies have occurred in this period which we refer as information age throughout world as well is in out country. Depending on these developments, computer, tablet and smart phones entered into our lives which will facilitate access to information.  Usage ratio of Internet which has important place in accessing information usage ratio has increased. Together with entrance of this devices into our lives. Internet usage areas which increase inline with this increase and frequent use of internet in workplaces caused internet to be and important subject to be considered. Use of internet in workplaces maintained facilitating the communication between employees, decreased workload, and provided employees to be more efficient and also internet opportunities which were provided for employees which is used for loafing around during working hours for using objectives out of work and for personal purposes proposed the cyber loafing around item into agenda. In this study antecedents of cyber loafing around concept and its results were explained within framework of literature.
