İş Memnuniyeti ve Öğrenme Kapasitesinin Örgütsel Performans Üzerindeki Etkisi: Bankacılık Sektöründe Bir Uygulama

Öz

Araştırma bankacılık sektöründeki çalışanların iş memnuniyetleri ve öğrenme kapasitelerinin, örgütsel performans üzerindeki etkilerinin ortaya konulması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında ortaya konulan modeli test etmek amacıyla demografik değişkenler dışında 29 ifadeden oluşan bir anket kullanılmıştır. Araştırma Diyarbakır, Batman, Siirt ve Mardin’de faaliyet gösteren devlet ve özel bankalar ile katılım bankacılığı sektöründe çalışan toplamda 645 personele yönelik olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrenme kapasitesi, iş tatmini ve performans arasında pozitif doğrusal bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Katılım bankası çalışanlarının örgütsel performans, öğrenme kapasitesi ve iş tatmini skorlarının devlet ve diğer özel bankalarda çalışan personele göre daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca bazı demografik değişkenlere göre çeşitli farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir.

Öz

This paper is carried out on job satisfaction of employees in the banking sector and the learning capacity, in order to reveal their impact on organizational performance. A questionnaire consisting of 29 expressions was used in order to test the research model introduced in the context out of demographic variables. The survey was delivered to total of 645 banking employees’ staffs that are working in government, private and interest-free in Diyarbakır, Batman Siirt and Mardin. In conclusion, a positive linear relationship between learning capacity, job satisfaction and performance have been identified. In addition interest-free banking employees reported more scores on Organizational Performance, Learning Capacity and Job satisfaction than government and private sector banking employee. Further, several differences have been identified according to some demographic variables.
