Geopolitical tensions, pandemics, natural disasters, and global trade disputes disrupt supply chains, creating significant challenges for firms. The increased frequency of such events has elevated supply chain resilience from an operational agenda item to a strategic priority for businesses. Although this trend has led to a growing body of resilience strategies in the literature, the number of studies that quantitatively compare their relative effectiveness remains limited. This study aims to contribute to filling this gap in the literature by comparatively analyzing the effectiveness of strategies that promise to enhance supply chain resilience under Türkiye's conditions. For this purpose, prominent strategies from the literature were first compiled, and six were selected for evaluation. Subsequently, to determine the relative effectiveness of the selected strategies, the judgments of four experienced supply chain experts were analyzed using the Best-Worst Method (BWM). The evaluation results indicated that agility ranked first as the most effective strategy, followed by diversification and collaboration strategies. Redundancy strategy, on the other hand, ranked last among the evaluated strategies.
