Digital Leadership: A Systematic Conceptual Literature Review

Öz

Digital Leadership is a leadership model that executes digital transformation within the organization can digitize the work environment and learning cultures of organizations. Therefore, it represents an important element in the literature in ensuring the competitiveness and survival of organizations in the 21st century. In the research, a conceptual framework about digital leadership was created by evaluating secondary sources, the importance of digital leadership and the studies on the characteristics of digital leaders were summarized. Answers were sought to the following questions "What is Digital Leadership?" "What are the characteristics that make a leader a digital leader?" and "What is the importance of a digital leader?" As a result of this research, a digital leader is defined as a leader who has innovative ideas on the digital ground, motivates his employees in the digital environment, can establish sustainable communication with his employees even in the digital environment and has the ability to develop digital strategies.

DİGİTAL LEADERSHİP: A SYSTEMATIC CONCEPTUAL LITERATURE REVIEW

Öz

Dijital Liderlik, örgüt içindeki dijital dönüşümü gerçekleştiren, örgütlerin iş ortamını ve öğrenme kültürlerini dijitalleştirebilen liderlik modelidir. Bu nedenle, literatürde 21. yüzyılda örgütlerin rekabet edebilirliğini ve hayatta kalmasını sağlamada önemli bir unsuru temsil etmektedir. Yapılan araştırmada ikincil kaynaklardan değerlendirerek dijital liderlikle ilgili kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturulmuş, dijital liderliğin önemi, dijital liderlerin özelliklerine yönelik yapılan çalışmalar özetlenmiştir. Araştırma, "Dijital Liderlik nedir?" "Bir lideri dijital lider yapan özellikler nelerdir?" "Dijital liderin önemi nedir" sorularına yanıt aramıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda dijital lider, dijital zeminde yenilikçi fikirlere sahip, çalışanlarını dijital ortamda motive eden, çalışanlarıyla dijital ortamda dahi sürdürülebilir iletişim kurabilen, dijital stratejiler geliştirebilme yeteneğine sahip lider olarak tanımlanmıştır.
