KÜRESEL EKONOMİ ÇAĞINDA ÇİN VE HİNDİSTAN

Öz

Küreselleşme olgusu özellikle 1980’li yıllarda ve sonrasında bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan hızlı gelişmelerle birlikte etkisini bütün dünya ülkelerinde göstermeye başlamıştır. Küreselleşmenin etkilerini en yoğun olarak hissettirdiği ekonomilerin başında Çin ve Hindistan gelmektedir. Her iki ülkede küreselleşmenin yoğun bir şekilde yaşandığı bu dönemde önemli ekonomik reformlar gerçekleştirmiştir. Çin ve Hindistan bu küreselleşme sürecinde önemli ekonomik reformlar gerçekleştirmesine rağmen ekonomik performansları ayrışş ve Çin ekonomik anlamda Hindistana göre çok daha fazla mesafe kat etmiştir.

Öz

Effects of globalization through enormous developments in the information and technology area are felt everywhere around the world. Effects of globalization are particularly significant in the People’s Republic of China and India. Both of these countries performed important economic reforms in this era. Although they both have same model with respect to reforms performed, they demonstrated different economic performances and People’s Republic of China gained pace and headed over India in economic perspective.
