In this paper, the concept of semi-topological groups given in [2] by B. Tanay and N. Cakmak is improved by giving several theorems and properties related to soft semi-topological groups. Moreover a relation between soft semi-topological groups and soft topological groups (soft groups) is studied. Finally soft image and soft inverse image of a soft semi-topological group (soft topological group) are examined for being a soft semi-topological group.
