Methods of Inducting Estrus Cycle in Bitches

Öz

In order to induce the estrus cycle in bitches, exogenous gonadotrophins (LH, FSH, PMSG, hCG), dopamine agonists (bromocryptine, cabergoline) and GnRH agonists (deslorelin) can be used. This review summarizes published reports on induction of estrus cycle in bitches.

Öz

Dişi köpeklerde östrusu uyarmak amacıyla, ekzojenik gonadotropinler (Lüteinleştirici Hormon (LH), Follikül Uyarıcı Hormon (FSH), Gebe Kısrak Serum Gonadotropin (PMSG), İnsan Koriyonik Gonadotropin (hCG)), dopamine agonistleri (bromokriptin, kabergolin) ve GnRH agonistleri (deslorelin) kullanılabilmektedir. Bu derlemede, köpeklerde östrus siklusunun uyarılmasında kullanılan yöntemler anlatılmıştır.
