İŞLEVSEL BÖBREK GRAFT’I OLAN ERKEK HASTALARDA KULLANILAN İLAÇLARIN EREKTİL DİSFONKSİYONA KATKISI

Öz

Erektil disfonksiyon ED kronik böbrek yetersizliği KBY olan erkek hastalarda sık rastlanan bir sorundur. Böbrek transplantasyonundan sonra ED olan hastalarda bu sorunun bir miktar azalması beklenir. Böbrek transplantasyonundan sonra metabolik parametrelerin çoğunun düzelmesine rağmen ED sorunu devam edebilir. ED nedeni olarak bir çok faktör suçlanabilir. Bu faktörlerden böbrek transplantasyonu yapılmış hastaların ilaç tedavileri suçlanan önemli nedenlerden biridir. Çalışmamızda hastalarda kullanılan imunosupresanların ED’na neden olmadıkları saptandı. ACE inhibitörleri ve AII blökerlerinin olumlu etkisi olması beklenirken ereksiyon üzerinde etkisi olmadığını saptadık. Bu çalışmada ereksiyona kortikostreoidlerin olumlu etkisi varken loop diuretiği olan furosemidin olumsuz etkisi saptandı

DRUGS AND THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION IN MALES WITH FUNCTIONING RENAL GRAFTS

Abstract

Erectile dysfunction ED is a common problem among male patients with chronic renal failure CRF . After renal transplantation ED is believed to relieved to an extend at those patients with ED. Even though after transplantation many metabolic parameters in chronic renal failure patients are drawn back to normal range but still face with the ED problem. Many items can be blamed to be causative factor for ED. Among them, drugs used in the management of renal transplanted male patients are one of the important factors of ED. At our research we observed that major immunosupressants do not effect erectile function adversely. ACE inhibitors and AII receptor blockers showed neutral effect on erectile function EF which are accepted to have positive effect on EF. In our research steroids seems to have positive effect on EF. Furosemide as a loop diuretic had a negative effect on EF
