Öz

Akut mezenter iskemi AMİ , erken tanı ve tedavi gerektiren hayatı tehdit edici bir akut karın hastalığıdır. Biz burada AMİ tanısıyla opere edilen olgulardaki morbidite ve mortaliteye etkili faktörleri incelemeyi amaçladık AMİ özellikle kardiyo vasküler hastalığa sahip karın ağrılı hastalarda ayırıcı tanıda mutlaka düşünülmeli ve erken girişim yapılmalıdır

Abstract

Acute mesenteric ischemia is a life-threatening acute abdominal disease which needs early diagnosis and treatment. Remains associated with high morbidity and mortality rates. Consider the possibility of its clinical and on time reaction can be life saving
