ALLOPURİNOL KULLANIMI SONRASINDA GELİŞEN DRESS SENDROMU; OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Allopurinolün indüklediği DRESS sendromu eozinofili ve sistemik semptomlarla karakterize hayatı tehdit edici bir ilaç reaksiyonudur. Bu olgu sunumunda 20 günlük allopurinol tedavisi sonrasında makülopapüler döküntü ve sistemik semptomlar ile DRESS tanısı alan 72 yaşında bir kadın hasta sunuldu

Öz

DRESS syndrome which is induced by allopurinol is a medical reaction threatining the life characterized with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms. In this case presentation, after allopurinol treatment for 20 days, a 72 years-old ill woman who has maculopapular rash and systematic symptoms with DRESS syndrome was presented
