NADİR BİR OLGU: İNTRAPANKREATİK LİPOM CT BULGULARI

Öz

Pankreatik lipomlar nadir görülen, benign lezyonlardır. Literatürde yayınlanmış az sayıda vaka vardır. Bunların çoğunluğuna, insidental olarak BT veya USG ile tanı konulmuştur. BT tetkikinde -80 HU ile –120 HU aralığındaki dansite ölçümleri lezyonun yağ içerikli olduğuna işaret etmektedir. BT bu lezyonları pankreasın yağ içerikli diğer lezyonları gibi tespit edebilmektedir ve ileri tetkik yapılmasına gerek yoktur. Bu olgu sunumunda karın ağrısı ile hastanemize başvuran, çok kesitli BT ile intrapankreatik lipom olduğu tespit edilen bir olgu sunulmaktadır

A RARE CASE: INTRAPANCREATIC LIPOMA AND CT FINDINGS

Öz

Pancreatic lipomas are rare seen benign lesions. There are few published cases in literature. Incidentally, the majority of them were diagnosed with BT or USG. In the BT examination the range of density measuremnets between -80 HU and –120 HU indicate that the lesion is fat. BT can detect these lesions like the other fat lesions of pancreas and there is no need for further examination. In this case’s presentation a case is presented that applied to our hospital with abdominal pain, through multislice BT detected as intrapancreatic lipoma
