This study aims to examine the psychological resilience of caregiver mothers of children aged 0–15 undergoing cancer treatment, in the context of perceived social support and self-compassion. The study was conducted with 40 caregiver mothers who completed the psychological resilience, perceived social support, and self-compassion scales. Correlation and regression analyses revealed that both perceived social support and self-compassion were moderately and positively associated with resilience. Together, these variables explained approximately 45% of the variance in psychological resilience (R² = 0.452, p < 0.001), while self-compassion alone accounted for 26%. Regarding sub-dimensions of social support, only support from family significantly predicted resilience (R² = 0.299, p < 0.05). The findings demonstrate that social support and self-compassion are significant predictors of psychological resilience in caregiver mothers. These results are discussed in relation to the existing literature, and suggestions for future research are provided.
