Atypically located hydatid cyst cases

Abstract

Six hydatid cysts cases without a primary source anywhere were presented. Hydatid cyst is a parasitic disease well known for years are commonly located in liver and lungs. Those intradiaphragmatic and intramyocardiac were diagnosed preoperatively but those lying subcutaneously on sternum and the right first rib were recognized after operation. They were also confirmed with pathologic study. Patients were also detected for hydatid cysts elsewhere. As an endemic disease in our country, atypical locations should be kept in mind. Atipik yerleşimli hidatik kist olguları

Öz

Başka bir yerde primer kaynak saptanamayan atipik lokalizasyonlu altı hidatik kist olgusu sunulmuştur. Kist hidatik hastalığı tarih boyunca görülmüş paraziter bir hastalık olup, en sık karaciğer ve akciğerlere yerleşmektedir. Yumuşak doku, kas, diyafragma, miyokard içi, cilt altı ve kosta yerleşimi nadirdir. Diyafragma kasları arası ve miyokard içi hidatik kistler operasyon öncesi, cilt altı manibrium sterni üzeri ve sağ birinci kosta yerleşimli olgular ise operasyon sonrası tanıları konuldu. Tüm olguların diğer organlarında hidatik kist bulgusuna rastlanmadı. Hidatik kist ülkemizde endemik bir hastalık olup atipik yerleşimlerin de söz konusu olduğu bilinmelidir. Histo-patolojik incelemeleri hidatik kist ile uyumlu geldi.
