Öz
Çalışanların organizasyon içindeki adalet algısı ve görevlerinin ötesinde gönüllü olarak yaptıkları katkılar, işyerinde motivasyon ve verimliliğin artmasına önemli ölçüde katkıda bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, örgütsel adalet (ÖA) algısının üniversite çalışanlarının organizasyonel vatandaşlık davranışları (ÖDV) üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektedir. Çalışma, özellikle ÖA'nin alt boyutlarının, çalışanların vicdanlılık, fedakârlık, nezaket ve yurttaşlık erdemleri gibi vatandaşlık davranışlarını nasıl etkilediğini ele almaktadır. Araştırma bulguları, ÖA ve ÖVD arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı, orta derecede pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Çalışmanın bulguları, literatürde “balayı etkisi” olarak adlandırılan eğilimle uyumludur.

Öz
Employees' perceptions of equitable treatment and their voluntary contributions to their work naturally increase productivity and motivation in the workplace. This study explores the relationship between employees' perceptions of organizational justice (OJ) and their exhibit of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Another objective of this research is to analyze interactions among sub-dimensions of OCB exhibited by employees, such as conscientiousness, altruism, and courtesy. Our research results revealed a statistically significant, moderately positive correlation between OJ and OCB. These results support the "honeymoon effect" trend previously identified in the literature.
